That assumes A's tolerance is perpetual. Most people eventually tire of that and will push back, hard. That is what we are seeing in many areas of society now.

It isn't SJW's call to change games and the definition of gamers. If they do, it won't matter. It is clear to me that gamers is a term that has a specific meaning that only gamers identify with. The regular public don't care. I am not a gamer so I don't care. I wonder of feminists will actually adopt gamers. Feminists often go back to their own naming convention and they love to adopt shaming words as their own like slut. There is no shame in gamers or being one.
I recall a corollary. Didn't feminists actively avoided the male term "man"? They often said pronouns like "he" is not inclusive. They then want to change words like chairman into chairperson. They dislike "manual" because it has man in it. How will they turn a word like gamer, which is applied mainly towards male hardcore gamers? If women won't become one, it defeats the objective.
For gamers to mean femnist, it means the opposite... women non-gamers or women casual gamers.

Since when has that stopped them? It didn't stop them with the word "family", it hasn't stopped them with the word "marriage", it's not even stopping them with the words "man" and "woman".

I'm guessing SparklePunter did something really really bad to a woman or women sometime in the past and his strange amplified hyper white knighting is his way of repenting.
