The Gamma's Litany Against Fear
I must not fear
Fear is the woman-turnoffer.
Fear is the cringe-maker that brings female rejection.
I will face my fear.
I will kick its ass if that is the very last thing I do.
And when it lies there, broken and defeated, I will see that it is nothing.
My fear will be gone.
Only I will remain.
There is nothing but me and all the girls on the girl tree.

If he does not adopt this Litany, he will instead be reciting something like "I will face my beer ... beer is the pain-killer .... I will let my beer pass through me; and I will remain alone...". Or something like that.
Can we sub Bourbon for beer instead?
Depends on the Bourbon. What do you suggest? There's some really good beer out there...
My favorite fear-killer is this:
"Will I die today?"
If fear or any anxiety still persists, I visualize the process of my own decomposition (just my face). Works great for potential physical confrontations or worries of any kind.
There's small choice in rotten apples.
