A 22-year-old man shot himself dead live on Facebook after accusing his girlfriend of adultery and telling her he could not live without her. The shocking video was streamed on the account of Turkish man Erdogan Ceren. What are the chances he didn't even write that stupid little poem himself. Anyhow, he certainly showed everyone who didn't believe him.
According to local media he lived in the Osmaniye Province in southern Turkey and was at home when he shot the video at around 3pm. Before the act he also shared a poem that he had written to his allegedly adulterous girlfriend, saying:
"Our love was going to be a saga, our eyes were not going to shed tears, now tell me love, are you leaving, will my hands burn without you."
Speaking to the camera, the man says: "No one believed when I said I will kill myself - so watch this."
He then explains that he plans to commit suicide because his girlfriend ended their relationship. He adds: "Watch this."
His first attempt at pulling the trigger of what appears to be a shotgun fails when the weapon appears to jam, and then he tries again. He readjusts the camera, points the weapon at his chest, and then there is a gunshot and he is no longer visible on camera.
That's a real win, champ!
See, this is why you don't want to wallow in gammatude. Even dead, people will make fun of you.

Well, he sure showed me 'shitting yourself when you die'is actually a thing.
Question: is such behavior predominately nature or nurture? Are such "men" just common examples of r-selected rabbits? Are they what emerges from families run by women? Are they what predictably result when boys lack solid, masculine fathers who teach & model manhood?
When I was 20 I dated a severe gamma for about a year. I was inexperienced and stupid. He was perhaps the most shamelessly manipulative man I ever knew. Even when we were not fighting he would declare his love, that I was the only light in his life, and that he would kill himself if I broke up with him as if it were honoring me with a high compliment. It wasn't that I love him. I stopped loving him shortly after we started dating. It's that I didn't know what to do with him. He couldn't hold a job and had by default moved in with me without an invitation. I deeply resented him but had no where to put him without throwing him out on the street, which seemed to mean at the time. In the end, by the time I threw him out he could have walked in front of a train and I would have felt relief.....the irony this guy in in Turkey is oblivious to now is that his ex girlfriend probably feels similarly for much the same reasons as I did.
Doesn't this loser understand that most women aren't necrophiliacs?
no idea what your email is, but here's why you can't play with crazy...http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3832044/Selfies-Warriena-Wright-Gable-Tostee-night-fell-Gold-Coast-apartment-died.html
Are we allowed to laugh? I feel pity for people who suffer hardship. But when they start demanding it, when they make themselves pitiful by design, pity turns to contempt.
A side point. In Islamic countries it is all but mandatory to have a patriarch in every group, usually the husband, but a replacement can generally be found if the husband is absent. Plus the Turks are a tough bunch. Which is to say it is unlikely this unfortunate young man lacked for suitably masculine figure to pattern himself after.
More than likely, she’s now thinking, “Boy, did I make a good decision when I got away from that PSYCHO!”
Am I a bad person because your last sentence made me laugh?
Don't answer because I don't want you to spoil the humour.
It's sad that a man died is all I can say. HEAVEN or HELL people. Heaven or Hell.

What? No trigger warning?
I worked on a TV show back in the 90's. it was a pseudo reality show where viewers would send in video and we'd interview them and put together segments. There were tons of live suicide videos that the researchers had dug up over time and it was not unusual for the producers to play the videos- in a public area no less- and mock the people killing themselves. The ignominy never ends.
Real life mimicking a 20year old BOB & TOM skit... whouda thunked?
While his life may be gone, the question remains:
When a secret king kills himself, does the gun get immunity?
I deeply resented him but had no where to put him without throwing him out on the street, which seemed to mean at the time.
In a sane society your male relatives would have done this.
Question: is such behavior predominately nature or nurture?
Both. For instance, black men have 120% the average testosterone of white men (nature), and weightlifters have 140% the average testosterone (nurture).
ALPHA/BETA behavior appears to be governed by hormones, which in turn have their "set" points from the limbic system (particularly the hypothalamus, which activates and deactivates the glands). The development of these master switches is affected by both nature and nurture. It appears (to me, presently) that the way to change overall behavior is to flood the system with a hormone at intervals so that the body has to adjust its overall composition to compensate for these shocks, which raises the set point around which the body maintains homeostasis. (It also seems to me that emulating the attitude/behavior of a strong male father figure as a child is important for development of a high set point.)
Like that highschool girl who talked her boyfriend into killing himself so she could get sympathy attention. "George Bailey, you're worth more dead than alive."
Men, wake up, you have value! Don't throw your life away. The Red Pill saves lives.
So the reason to play sports and exercise as a kid, Aeoli Pera, is to increase your testosterone set point levels? That's awesome.
Almost certainly. It's also fun, teaches some important life lessons, and it's good exercise.

My dad is very gamma and I started way behind in relationships because of this. Don't get me wrong, I made the decisions but when controlling passive aggressive manipulation is normal, it's difficult to see it for what it is. My parents tried to advise but they also enabled. I was stubborn, stupid, and weak.
