A woman who was body-shamed by Playboy model Dani Mathers at an LA Fitness gym has been found—and Mathers may be facing jail time for her actions, TMZ reports. The celebrity site says the LAPD located the woman, said to be in her 70s, and she's willing to help prosecutors go after Mathers. The celeb is accused of taking a photo of the naked woman as she changed in the gym's locker room and posting the pic to Snapchat with the snarky message: "If I can't unsee this then you can't either." The city attorney's office confirms that the older woman has been located, reports ABC News. The case could bring a misdemeanor charge for "dissemination of private images"—a charge that could land Mathers in jail for up to six months.Playboy model? I'm surprised they're not calling for the death penalty.

No crime more hateful
The only truly serious crime a woman can commit is to be hotter than another woman and not be apologetic about it:

Jail time seems excessive considering the person who was supposedly hurt by her, did not know about it and no one knew who she was. Being low class should not put you in jail. Still the girl was really trashy to do that.
I need to look up our playboy model. I doubt I will need to unsee that image

Now that's just flat-out fucked up WRONG, if she really did this, no matter how you slice it. It's not as if this elderly woman was trying to flaunt her geriatric body in public or claim herself an equal of Playboy Bitch Mathers as a body goddess to be worshiped. What exactly did Mathers hope to gain by pulling such a stunt? At a minimum she deserves a good beating for total judgment implosion, no matter your opinion of the subject under discussion.
Except this is a playboy playmate photograoging a nude 70-year-old woman at the gym. It doesn't really fall into the same category as calling out young feminist land-whales that are unlikely to enter a gym in the first place.
The actual crime is making a woman feel bad.
I'm all for fat shaming and I think it is an actual positive things to do indirectly around children to learn better images, however this is a straight up crime and poor judgement. If someone took a picture of me naked and posted it, I'd either inflict a beating, sue, or prosecute. It's that simple. This old lady didn't ask for this and wasn't in spandex flaunting it. She was in a shower PRESUMABLY after doing a workout to try and get in marginally better shape for her age. If anything this is like flogging a person trying to do the right thing. And also it's stupid. Pure and simple. If this was your mother, you'd probably want to choke this bitch.
No, the actions of this 'model' was contemptible, and she should be punished for putting such a thing in the public domain.
A disgusting, vicious action. The female showing the nastiness of female nature is not the old woman.
Most of the outrage is over that fact that its a playboy model, but taking a naked photograph of someone, who is in a presumably private place, without their knowledge or consent, and then posting it online for the world to see is undoubtedly a violation of that person's rights. This should absolutely be a crime, and a misdemeanor with up to 6 months jail time seems about right. Unless the model has some significant priors my guess is she'll get a suspended sentence with some community service and maybe a fine and that seems like an appropriate punishment. The victim still also has a personal injury claim she could pursue.
This is most definitely a crime, on many different fronts. I am surprised the police perused it. Prediction: (1) The DA will refuse to prosecute; (2) if prosecution does occur she will be found not guilty due to the ignorance of the victim of the crime; (3) if she is found guilty she will serve no time. The power of the pussy pass has not yet manifested itself. This slimy slut will get away with the crime unscathed.
Playboy model made a poor decision in bad taste. I've had girlfriends who would tell me amusing stories of the grotesque sights they were subjected to in the female locker room at the gym. Not one felt she needed to share a pic. Nor would I have wanted her to. Speaking of which, I used to work out at a local sports club also frequented by a group of elderly Jewish doctors who liked to walk around naked in the locker room, trading gossip. One of them--a short, fat little Jew with hair all over his body--had this weird habit of propping one leg up on a bench and then blow-drying his balls. You can imagine my reaction. It was very disconcerting.
Dani Mathers: "If I can't unsee this then you can't either."
Yeah, Dani, I get that reaction every time I see a grown woman who has completely waxed her privates.
Playboy model makes bad decision. I'm shocked.
"taking a naked photograph of someone, who is in a presumably private place"
How private is a gym full of naked strangers, really?

I have seen all kinds of nasty shit at the gym - including a guy who would always stand at the sink, lift up his schlong, and blow dry his balls. (But why???) Guys who sit on the bench and scrape fungus off their feet. Guys who clipped their toenails and let the clippings land where they may.
Then there was the Asian dude who always wore his tighty whities in the communal shower. Feeling a little underendowed there bro?
Yeah, she is wrong, Playmate or not.
"Playboy model makes bad decision. I'm shocked."
Heh.
The fact that the victim was unaware of the crime is irrelevant. Someone steals your identify and the police catch them before you know about it. No crime? Hardly!
And being naked in a roomful of other naked people is not the same as having your clothes ripped off of you in the middle of a store.
Come on, guys! Think. Our standards have degenerated with the culture and we're not even aware of it.
Jesus being stripped naked for his flogging was to shame him. Since Adam and Eve public nudity has been treated as something to be ashamed of. If you don't think it should be, go to San Francisco during a Gay Pride Parade and see what No Shame really looks like.
a misdemeanor with up to 6 months jail time seems about right.
Sure, for now. But fifty years from now, Mathers should be required to have someone take a nude holograph of her and post it on the SolarSystemWideWeb.
Yeah, there are lot of feminists who'd like to lynch any woman they perceive as "betraying the sisterhood" for treason. But this 29-year-old Playboy model didn't rightfully body-shame someone like the 30-year-old (((Dunham Horror))), she snapped and distributed a naked pic of woman old enough to be her own grandmother. A woman who, unlike her, presumably never demeaned herself by modelling for commercial pornography even in the prime of her life. A woman who's possibly even old enough to be innocent of the guilt of Boomerhood.
Brock Turner got a six-month sentence for fingering a drunk girl who kept her annonymity and may have wanted to f*ck him before she passed-out and strangers got involved. Maybe he should have been sentenced to more, but I'd love to hear a woman argue this playmate should get less.
That was a pretty fucked up thing to do.
