Cartels are rampant today, and needed for organizations to share the pain of over hiring women or over admitting female students. Men excel in areas of the economy that can't be controlled by a cartel: flipping homes, sales, start-ups, exploration, local trades, etc.

Exactly. In other words, entrepreneurship. This explains why these sectors of the economy, those outside the corporate borgdom so beloved (and controlled) by the Establishment are the most heavily taxed, regulated and hounded by the State. Entrepreneurships are free thinkers not easily dominated by the prevailing socioeconomic narrative. God knows Leviathan can't tolerate that.

My daughter, strong and independent young woman that she is, hates working for other women. Its too bitchy and counterproductive! She much prefers a male boss.

Some of us would say that "strong, independent women" DESERVE to work for other women. With very few exceptions that I've encountered to date, I don't want them working for me. Trouble with a capital "T."

120? How many women looking for government jobs weigh 120? 350, maybe. She'll be lucky to climb the ladder without taking rest stops.

I often wonder if it times women refuse jobs that require them to report to women, hence enabling men to step into the role. I'm sure it's happened, but wonder what the true impact is.

What's "The Hidden Truth" about? The book being sponsored is new to me.
Along these lines, this weekend, I was visiting at a new church. The pastor gave a long sermon on inclusiveness, and mentioned that he had eliminated each "all men" ministry. Either it's inclusive of women, or it's not allowed, he said.
So, afterward, I overhear someone mention that a certain ministry used to be all men, but now it's all women. The women joined, and the men left. Made me think of this blog.
The willful blindness towards this truth incenses me. The trouble is that, despite the stupidity, it is effective marketing. Women in these institutions (but most specifically in the workplace) generate piss-poor production, but it does bring in money and prestige in the short term.
