If you work with a typical female technical type who thinks she knows far more than she does, the best thing to do is to disengage completely. It’s not your battle, nor your responsibility, to make sure her stuff gets done. If she doesn’t ask for help, good; don’t allow her to profit off your expertise. If she does ask, tell her that you’re happy to help, but she needs to go through management to make sure they’re good with you spending time on it. This will probably get her to back off, as she was looking for you to freebie white knight for her while she could take the credit and not look stupid.
If you’re told to work with her, attempt to do so. If she rebuffs you (and she will), document this with your boss. “I offer to help every day, but she simply won’t listen.”
Of course, I've got a lot of practice at it. As the only male class "brain", I was often targeted as potential "help" by girls from an early age. My answer was always the same, and it was always effective: "I don't even do my own homework, why on Earth would I do yours?"

IMOE, don't even bother with this step. "Management" [sic] will almost ALWAYS tell you to do what the femop asks of you. Sometimes,this is because they're terrified of the potential fallout from not giving the split tail what she wants, but most often it's because they're just too lazy and inept to actually manage. I don't need to tell anyone here that the "Peter Dilbert" Principle is the norm in the corporate world today.
I still remember my interaction with an older female coworker. I wrote a quick email, something like:
"I was looking through some code. In file X line Y, it would crash under circumstance Z. Check in the fix this week, we have a release coming up."
This utterly routine email led to getting drug in front of management for being mean.
Here I thought I was being respectful. If I didn't respect her, I would've changed her code and checked it in myself, which would've taken less time than writing the email. But I certainly didn't respect her after that.
For the rest of my time at that company, I kept thinking "What is she good at? She has decades of experience on me; surely she has some skills of value." But I never found any.
I'm very glad I don't have to work with any alleged female coders anymore.

A couple of months ago I, as technical lead, got up and walked away from a project "managed" by an incompetent, psychotic, man-hating feminist cunt who already had chased off five previous technical leads (one of them a very rare competent woman) and a half dozen engineers (all of whom left the company rather than risk having to be anywhere near this creature in the future).
Of course senior "management" [sic] is well aware of this vile, useless bitch's toxicity to anything she touches, but, like all of the Peter Dilberts who infest corporate Amerika today like bubonic plague, they're too lazy, delusional, or terrified to fix the problem by removing the cancer. They'll risk ruining the company's reputation first (which they're already doing).
This harpie is "leading" a system development project that is due for independent testing and delivery in two months and, short of a literal miracle from God, the is NO WAY she will pull it off - especially since the male engineers whom she so visibly despises are not only NOT helping her, but are continuing to walk away from the project at a steady clip without even saying good-bye.
To paraphrase Cappy Capitalism, it's time to pull up a beach chair, pour a good stiff whiskey, and watch and enjoy the collapse.
A few years back, I was asked if I could "fix" a high profile project that was overdue. The previous owner of the project was a female POC who had botched everything from the start. I could have salvaged something from what I was shown and somehow made it work, thereby saving her reputation at work. Instead, after my analysis, I told them it was a wash and they needed to start from scratch. It wasn't what they wanted to hear, but I wasn't going to pull this incompetent POC's ass out of the fire. She was canned not long after. It wasn't the first project she had hosed completely. Earlier in my career, I would have viewed the request as a challenge. At this point, I'd rather everyone suffer the consequences of affirmative action hiring.
Was made redundant last year in a department where a woman and I were the only Engineers of a particular type.
This woman never knew anything, would always talk herself up and, if called out on a lack of knowledge, cry sexism.
They kept her over me, who has been working his arse off for 10 years, never had any issues and always delivered.
I'm waiting to see how she goes on her own since she also would take random days off for family reasons too, so even lower reliability than most people.

Asian girls are an untapped resource for white guys. In high school, none of them turned me down to copy their homework. It wasn't until I was older that I realized they have a lower cultural threshold for cheating and something of a white fetish.
In college (and I attended a top 10 program) there were 6 white women that survived the second year weed out courses in Computer Science.
1 (SMV 5) had a steady boyfriend also in CS who helped her.
3 (SMV 5, 5, 6) successfully managed beta orbiters and had plenty of assistance but as far as I know kept their counts low.
2 (SMV 4, 5) made honest goes at whoring themselves for help. One slept with 7 guys that I know of, and the other 4. They both sniffed around at me once each but I shot that down. I slept with a poli sci major that was a confirmed slut but I wasn't about to sleep with anybody who slept with a bunch of people I knew.
Of course every one of those girls (and the 9 or 10 Indian/east asians) had jobs 6 months before graduation.
I don't get that about female colleagues in particular. Maybe it's Montana. Most of the guys here can do the basic man stuff so I think it makes em more comfortable in femininity not unlike latin ladies are
