Too much joy

Just because it is helpful to be reminded that not all is doom and gloom, and that life continues and happiness abounds even in the darkest historical epochs, I think this is worth viewing.  I may be cynical about Man and skeptical about the pink cotton candy joys that are in store for us in the Small World of equalitarian dreams, but I really do think the world is a better place for this woman having had the chance to encounter a particular member of the animal kingdom.

Kristen Bell is my type of woman. When I first saw this...it made me like her a little more.

Plus we know most women are funny...but she has amazing banter with Craig Ferguson. Craig knows how to banter with a woman pretty well too.

There is hope. Only in America could an average Joe like Jason Segal get paid big bucks to make out with Kristen Bell and Mila Kunis in the same movie.

Speaking of joy and happy things. This guy was dumped by his girlfriend, but the likely hypergamist didn't get the last laugh...

Her out of control emotionalism is a bit disturbing.

She is adorable.

The sloth, you mean...?

I wanted to see more of her (the sloth).

From now on when your wife / gf responds over emotionally to some normal every day occurrence you can just say, "Sloth." to yourself and laugh and laugh quietly to yourself.

Of course you will be saddened by the fact that your wife / gf does not look like that chick.

Buying gifts for chicks is totally beta, man!

No, Kristen. She's simple and refreshing which is a welcome change from the bitches on television. (Solipsism alert) It was a great reminder to me to lighten up and laugh more. It's good for our health.

VD,

Captain Capitalism wrote an insightful post explaining that feminism is further along in black American culture. Maybe check it out.

Women need to spend more time making these cute videos with Paul Ryan's twin brother and less time voting.

Perhaps it is the lingering beta tendencies in me, but it would be a delight to me to have someone in my life whose dial goes to eleven like that.

Think of the fun you could have from time to time.

Unfortunately, she's a transformer - a dyed-in-the-wool uber-liberal in disguise.

But sloths are awesome.

This is how the guy who promises no meta-commentary in his upcoming fiction work introduces a silly chick video that gives him a chubby. We know your second hard drive is dedicated to Kaninhoppning, don't try to deny.

Similar waterworks when Jenna Marbles got her first dog. Hmm, don't their faces look similar?

Thank you God for giving us helpmates to unwind us. Wife and daughter keep us from the darkside. My son's tend to have the same mindset as I do. If it goes bad, I can trust them absolutely. Mrs and Daughter, they swoon over the bullstaff we raised from a puppy. Females in the house are a good thing. Plus she is a kickass cook. And she loves RP. Chicks dig emotions. That's why we love them. A Woman in love is a good thing.

SouthTX said...

Just an old fashion sense of perspective. Her wearing a white dress to get married was legit. A day or two later her head hurt from the headboard. But guess what, I still Love her. Females want to be taken seriously, you had better figure out early you have to deny your base nature. She has my respect because she has stuck with me when it wasn't pleasant. Game of married life. If you win, thank God and your Mom and Dad.

to me it's always annoying and troubling to see people lose control over trivial things. even if the loss of control is due to 'happiness' it's still childish. Seriously, this is acceptable behavior for adults? Only if you're a woman. Yeah it's funny, but only if you already expect women to behave like children.

Yeah, we all know Vox has a soft spot for fuzzy little critters. It's what happens when you become a dad. Holding your babies makes that testosterone level drop like a rock, you know. It took me a year of weightlifting and high protein diet to get to where I don't tear up every time I see a butterfly or a dewdrop.

At some point as you age your thinking turns harsh. Mrs. who bore kids and a good mother and wife. Defends family uber alles. She gets occasional bitch insurance. All others, don't even try. My day to day work decisions have potential life or death consequences. Silly drama at this point doesn't even register on my radar. But as a very religious woman, if she has a real concerns, I will listen to her. She believes in Ephiesans desricption of a wife.

Red Pill for you.

Expect it. They are. Embrace it. Love them for who they are. Shrug off the BS and the rest.

SouthTX said...

Yeah. No shit. Mrs deserves a medal. Hardcore asshole wants a girl who will defend him to no end. Wife gets a trophy. Yes. Its that bad. Mrs gets the medal. Read into it what you will.

South TX do you have a blog? If so, please provide a link.

I just never thought Vox for an Ellen fan.

This is me when my Honey surprises me.

He just bought me some jewelery that had me acting this way, keep in mind I married him wearing a brass ring that I still insist on wearing because I took my vows in it. The upgrade is on the right side :)

As for her behavior, she is a female. We are not men. My Husband was yelling at me for not being more like him the other day when I pointed out that if I was no one would sing the "Baby Sickie" song to him and bring him all his food in bed and rub him when he simply has the sniffles.

Sometimes women are not the only ones who need to swallow the red pill.

Sometimes you are dammed when you act like a women and dammed when you don'!

And..I WANT A SLOTH!

Yes, we have a huge canine sloth. Wife and children caught me at a weak moment. He was adorable as a puppy. No blog, but female charm wins me over. I love it when the Mrs. is in full bore female mode. I load up on the vitamins in the mid 40's.

SouthTX said...

As an example. Youngest child plays select league VB and is serious contender. Amazon girl. Me being 6'1" both her brothers are taller. Mrs is the shortest in the family. Guess what. When the God given female mode kicks in. It's stunning. I lived through it. But a word of warning. I was at the point where I had lost hope. She pulled me back from bad things. When I get to sit down with God and Lord. She gets a shoutout.
