JartStar and I have created a site for Hypergamouse at Comic Fury, which will allow you to scroll through the entire series in the same way one can view the syndicated comics online. Click on the strip above to go there and see this week's strip at full size. We've made a few minor stylistic changes, including the shape of one character's ponytail. The second strip introduces a few new characters, including one whose socio-sexual rank should be readily apparent.

Didn't really know what to put in the box there; the Comic Fury system is new to me. Actual commentary on the second strip seemed a bit much at the moment. Perhaps I'll leave it blank next week.
Damn, two comics in two weeks and that chick mouse was me, giving advice. Thank God I can now help teach my kids the whole story.

I think HALO mouse is going to need to lose that gut.
As for guys being funny, it is a huge DHV, but it doesn't work miracles, and of course the hot guy will get girls even if he can't string a sentence together. I love this quote by Seth Meyers of Saturday Night Live fame:

I think funny without game only works when there is not a better option. kind of like big boobs on a girl. It only makes her the life of the party till a truely hot women walks in. And then funny with game only works until a hot guy shows interest. Then she has to make a decision. Kwim? Depends on if she is looking long term or not.
For some reason I thought the strip was going to go a different way. Maybe showing Vox in various situations dealing with Hypergamouse and showing that in a juxtaposition (did I spell that right, goodness, need coffee LOL) against someone else handling her.
But enjoying it :D

Loving the comic so far
However, that chubby, nerdy, slovenly dressed creature in your strip does not represent the typical AFC.
I suspect that most AFCs have normal social skills and are reasonably physically attractive. Their problem? They are not part of the top 20%.
Average height/build, decent face, and passable people skills doesn't cut it when women are free to sample the best.
