Research from the Center for Work-Life Policy shows mid-level, professional women need powerful, senior executives to help promote them to the next level of management.Based on the 3-1 rule, that means nearly half of female executives have had an affair with their boss. The other half presumably have affairs with colleagues.
The problem is this: More often than not, superiors are males who are married.
Enter, sex.
In that same CWLP study, 34% of executive women claim they know a female colleague who has had an affair with a boss. Furthermore, 15% of women at the director level or above admitted to having affairs themselves.
And worse, 37% claim the action was rewarded: they said that women involved in affairs received a career boost as a result.

Leaning in
This explains why technology executives are so determined to get more women in tech:

Any man in the US who has a sexual relationship with a subordinate woman is crazy. You're putting your professional and financial life at her whim.
Leaning in=Bending over.
And worse, 37% claim the action was rewarded:
Why is that worse? Oh right, because it means the hot ones get ahead.
What is interesting is how they lose their hotness when they hit the wall, and find themselves in a position where they are incompetent when thirsty betas are no longer as willing to help them do the job they were originally supposed to be qualified for on their own merits.
Part of the fun in my job is to dodge being put into a position to help the wall-blasted former hotties. Not too difficult, if you know how to play the game.
Leaning in=Bending over.
I understood it as "lean in and show your cleavage"
"Any man in the US who has a sexual relationship with a subordinate woman is crazy. You're putting your professional and financial life at her whim."
Smh... Yep, yep. O the TEMPTATIONS!
"Bend over and take it like a real woman, there's a promotion on the line"
Ahhh... the myth of of female empowerment.
Old news, as in 1980, Bill Agee and Mary Cunningham at Bendix
Agee divorced his wife and married her.
One of the dumbest bulbs I ever met shot up the ladder, reputedly for banging the boss' boss. I dismissed it at the time but upon reflection...
Also the same bitch that said "Go to church and God will give you money!" Not and exact quote but not exaggerating either. I was agnostic at the time and I was still offended by that.
Maybe I'm just too cynical, but I suspect the MSM screeching on this (if any does, in fact, exist) will be "Capable women forced into sexual servitude just to earn their just due at work!" rather than the truthful "This is the true power of vitamin P!"

Correct, and the reason is because they can get nowhere on their own merit because they have none. As veteran of the tech industry of nearly a quarter century, I have yet to encounter a woman in a senior position who can:
1. lead (by example or otherwise).
2. manage (people, projects, budgets, time, or anything else).
3. communicate effectively.
4. work under extreme pressure without losing her focus or composure.
5. demonstrate technical knowledge even remotely comparable to that of her male peers, seniors, or subordinates.
To be fair, most men in senior positions in tech companies these days aren't much better in numbers 1 through 4. Maybe the male C-Suite just needs somebody to look down upon in order to distract ftom its own shortcomings, thus the push for women (while also checking off a number of "Suck Uncle Sam's Dick" boxes by playing the AA/EO game).
I did not start college immediately after high school. I took a clerical job at a small, local insurance company. The Prez had two veeps, one male one female.
He was always blatantly seen going to hour+ long lunches with his female Veep. They'd go to business dinners, lunches, take trips out of town or out of the country (there were a few clients in PR or Canada or Britain), and just couldn't hide their overly familiar nature despite pretending to just be peers.
I was 19 and I noticed this, people said I was crazy. But within my second year of working there, she left her husband and he divorced his wife, so they could be together. They were in their forties, and each had teenaged or younger kids who would definitely feel the instability except for the wealth each had accumulated to insulate...no, numb and medicate...the pain of a family breakup.
All this brings me to think on how no-fault divorce hurts different classes in different ways. Low and middle class kids hurt hart emotionally and materially from divorce. Upper and beyond might be able to provide materially, hoping that will ameliorate the net negative emotional matters...but it all still hurts.
Break a people enough, then give them what they want, and you become a savior.
I have heard several females who slept with married male superiors express amazement that "he gave me the power to destroy his life completely". Sure, it was undoubtedly enjoyable for those men to get some young strange, but certainly not prudent.

Wouldnt it be simpler if we just made prostitution legal? I mean, first off we wouldnt feel compelled to turn all our women into (effective) whores, it would be far cheaper for a tech executive to hire out a woman at 300 a pop, then waste company funds on eye candy. Also, the woman in question would probably do a better job for what he really wants anyway. And those few women who actualky do have a burning desire to code would be welcomed in.
We make things more complicated than they have to be.
Scratch that, i just realized prostitution has been effectively legal in Europe for decades and they are the most cucked manlets on the planet.
You gotta give head to get ahead
