Destroying tech

It's fascinating to see how feminists think that driving the men who actually do tech out of it in favor of women who observably can't do it is somehow going to improve it.
Just days after former Uber engineer Susan Fowler alleged in a viral blogpost that that management and HR dismissed her complaints about documented sexual harassment and sexism, protected a repeat offender because he was a “high performer” and suggested that women in the company were not as skilled as men, another female engineer - this time at Tesla - has accused Elon Musk’s car company of ignoring her complaints of “pervasive harassment”, paying her a lower salary than men doing the same work, promoting less qualified men over her and retaliating against her for raising concerns.
Translation: despite her credentials and qualifications, she still wasn't as good as less qualified men upon whom their superiors could rely, so she spent her time there being a pain in the ass.

I'm curious. How is hiring more women like this going to improve technological development, exactly.

They never learn.
You'd think this woman would have gone into productive mode after the first lot of allegations to try to prove she's right.
I guess I'm being too logical.

Hmmm... What's one "good (credible) thing" women good at that men can't do without much effort?

I'll throw an "internet cookie" over to who gets it. Haha.

This is why I question assumptions of our current technological marvels' permanence. The stuff we now take for granted requires a tremendous amount of cross-firm, cross-group and cross border cooperation, all of it organized spontaneously under a very particular set of "rules."

Giving any disruptive person the ability to spread chaos within organizations basically rewards people with borderline personalities for indulging their basest desires to hurt others. This is a massive hole in those "rules," and I do not see it being plugged any time soon, at least until extraordinary hardship brings out the Big T (testosterone) and causes such agents of chaos to be silenced...or silenced.

You know Tesla is a liberal company because this latest woman bitching hasn't been sacked yet.

"Less qualified men"

Ya mean, like Trump vis-à-vis Hillary? "Qualified" ain't everything, sweet cheeks.

So for the last 40 years we have made fun of Christians and proper Chivalry to create the feminist hook-up culture and wonder when pagan and secular men are boorish.

The boorish behavior wouldn't happen around Salt Lake City.

Men of the (alt-)West often hits on the idea of a strong man who doesn't treat women like objects nor infants, yet shows rock-like strength like Jesus in the Gospels.

Women can only thrive in Christendom. Outside is the burka or brothel.

Hostile environment = easily offended.

It improves tech in this way, at least: it gives the Chinese slow adaptation cycle some room to breathe.

Classic projection: "Women will hire and promote other women regardless of the cost to the company because vagina, so clearly men do the same counterproductive thing because penis! Muh sexzizm!"

@TattooineSSC: I never thought of it like that. But it does make some sense.

First, was she held at gunpoint and forced to accept that compensation when she was hired? If so, she was a less-skilled negotiator than others who are being paid more. Or she was hired during a point when the market was soft for job seekers.

Second, a skilled worker who thinks he is being underpaid goes out into the marketplace to test that theory. If he is hired by another company at a better wage, he has proven his theory and improved his income. If not, he should continue working at the wage he's receiving until such time as the marketplace and what he has to offer favors him.

There is also an inclination to focus on a single aspect of the bargain: salary. A skilled negotiator will take all aspects of the job into account: intangibles (social environment, working environment, commute distance, employers reputation), health plan, retirement, and freebies (meals, fitness center, laundry and other Silicon Valley benefits).

Suck it up, ladies. You wanted to work, negotiated poorly, and now you're whining that it's not FAAAAAAIIIIIR. I've worked for less, I've worked for more, and I've worked for assholes. I kept my family fed and housed. In my beta days I groused, but I never expected someone else to fix the problems for me.

Long term lesson? If you have a tech company and you want to keep it you shouldn't´t hire women.

Answer: their shit testing keeps weak men from gaining too much power. This is actually a good thing. If they didn't continue their shenanigans, then the world would be dominating by pasty cherubic manlet nerds sperging on about their latest toy and licking the boots of females everywhere. The place would become intolerable.

The flip side of saying that women have no agency, is that they are controllable.

That's Christianity. Love wife as if she were your body even as you are the supreme master of the family.

I did not like Trump pushing for more women in STEM, but it may just be one of his ploys to keep the feminists off his back while he does his job.

"Women in tech" is just cultural appropriation.

I have not seen any evidence to indicate Trump is not a believer in egalitarianism.

Well, for all his strengths he's still a Boomer. He also needed to get elected. The first openly red-pilled president will probably be a Millenial.

I'll see your rhetorical question and raise you with another: what makes you think that improving technology development (or being productive in satisfying customers) is on anybody's priority list these days?

Tesla and Musk ( an exquisitely appropriate name ) are at the cutting edge of the progressivism that is destroying our culture. Hiring such women is just another cost of doing business. After all, he doesn't care. It is not his money in the first place.
