Internal inconsistencies

How, exactly, do the feminists and pinkshirts propose solving this "problem"?
Women fighting for a broader presence in the upper levels of management face at least one very personal obstacle: Most workers don’t want them there. Only one-fifth of people surveyed by Gallup this week said they preferred a female boss over a man. One-third preferred a male boss, and the rest had no preference.

The survey, which collected responses from 1,032 adults living in the U.S., found women were more likely than men to want a male boss: 39 percent of women wanted to be led by a man, compared with 26 percent of men.

In the 60 years that Gallup has conducted this survey, women have never preferred a female boss.
Women are MORE LIKELY than men to want a male boss. As ever, feminism is riven by its internal inconsistencies. If women don't want female bosses, then how can any true feminist support the idea that there should be more of them? Surely feminism can't be about forcing things they don't want on women.

To the Game-aware, there is no dichotomy. Women are intra-sex competitive and both the female boss and the female underling see the other as her rival for male attention in the office. Furthermore, it is more difficult for a female worker to secure her position under a female superior than under a male one.

That was a rhetorical question, by the way. The answer, as always, is more education to rid those women holding the wrong position of their false consciousness.

I can't stand working for a woman. By and large it sucks. Women are way, way too emotional and also have the "I'm a woman" chip on their shoulders (just like the "I'm black" chip).

Unlike a man, women don't have that male assurance and confidence. It is always one bossy fight after another. Women don't lead as that runs counter to female consensus building. With a lack of leadership skills, sometimes they choose to act like the dragon queen bitch (all at once). Besides this, women don't like to make decisions where they are held accountable. They do as Hillary Clinton does. They accept blame without taking the necessary steps to correct mistakes so they never learn. It is always finger pointing.

"This Problem" can't be solved, but it was nice asking. Let's just forget about the structural problem and just keep promoting women. I suppose there are a lot of corner offices filled with executive women that only have one employee (their executive assistant). It did say that 26 percent of men want to be lead by men. That 13 percent difference means it is more likely that the female boss should have more men under their leadership, but maybe that's not how things work. Women get promoted to lead other women, thus they are deficient in that way.

I have never had a great female boss. That isn't to say woman can't be good at the job (my husband has a few good female supervisors) but, by and large, men seem more suited to the leadership role. Even if women don't want to admit it openly they clearly recognize that on a subconscious level.

I've never had a good female boss. Most were not exactly irrational, but ruled by their feelings and didn't even know it.

I attribute more men than women preferring female bosses to those men being mainly Gammas and low Deltas. But there are also certain situations where higher-status men will temporarily accept having a female boss and then play her like a violin, using her as a stepladder up the chain, so to speak.

Women, OTOH, will only prefer a female boss if they're ugly and/or lesbian. Pretty women tend to be treated better by male bosses than female ones, while the reverse would be true for ugly women.

The left believes they know what people want better than they know themselves, which is why they're always on about how Republicans are voting against their self interest. It's part of their schtick. "We know what's good for you, and if you were smart you'd agree with us."

Women like to have a good bitch about their bosses and,if the latter be female, they are afraid one of their fellow bitchers will see it as abuse whereas men are fair game.

I worked in an office with a few dozen or so middle aged women. You would not believe how vindictive unmarried women of that age are towards young women. Even if you bow and scrap and keep your head down, it doesn't do any good. I prefer to have female friends over male friends, but if they aren't of comparable SMV, the drama gets pretty unbearable. I can't tell you how jealous I am of women who are already happily married and out of the workforce.

The less formal education a woman has and the more she just follows Christ, sings, dances, gets fucked by her husband, and bears children and takes care of them and her hubby, the happier she is. And the less trouble she makes for the rest of the world around her.

It really is that simple. Even Game is that simple, even though my mind and my uber-beta feminist programming keep trying their darndest to interfere with that beautiful simplicity, with that beautiful, simple truth.

My wife is happily married and out of the workforce. Her last job was an office with 20 other women in it. I told her to quit, so she pulled a Johnny Paycheck on them. She's pregnant with number 3 right now and eating homemade chicken soup with our three year old at home.

Yep.

And the joy continues to increase.

And so does her oppression... poor stupid bimbo women, never knowing the joys of STDs, abortions and liberation.

What I loathe about most female bosses (I'm not sure they qualify as "women", even when they're old) is their utter inability to make concrete decisions or take responsibility for ANYTHING.

I keep telling my idiot bosses: "You're the boss. I will do my job and what you tell me. BUT YOU HAVE TO TELL ME WHAT THAT IS!"

Usually it's a minor variation of "send me an email I will ignore for three months until you pester me and then tell you to handle it yourself".

That's most women, whether they're in charge of anything or not.

Never had a problem with a black male supervisor. The one who had... uh... deficiencies... was grateful for the tactful assistance I gave him, and cut me slack.

Female supervisor... the one I had, basically blamed me for her failures. Then cancelled my contract. But it turned out okay... got a better contract closer to home, at the GM Tech Center, making 50% more, and a hell of a lot better work environment in ALL ways.
