I suspect that if you are an annoying person constantly telling people that everyone else thinks women and minorities make inferior employees, they are going to weigh that evidence versus that of the clueless person hectoring them who claims otherwise, and then they are quite reasonably going to reach the conclusion that those people must be right, since you're observably an idiot.
After studying more than 800 companies across the country, Harvard sociologist Frank Dobin and Tel Aviv professor Alexandra Kalev found that companies made no gains in the proportion of white women, black men, or Hispanics in management and that the proportion of African American women and Asian American employees actually declined five years after the implementation of mandatory diversity training programs.
“We were quite surprised at first, because some of the most popular and costly programs — mandatory diversity training for instance — tend to backfire and this is what the quantitative data show,” Dobin wrote in an email to The College Fix.
“But when we began to interview managers to understand why popular programs don’t work, it began to make sense. Social scientists have long known that if you try to control people’s thoughts and behavior, they rebel. That’s what we find — programs designed to reeducate managers or stop them from discriminating directly tend to backfire,” Dobin noted.

Rebel they do. A middle manger is happily doing what he is told. Diversity? OK we get a couple of so so, hires we can deal with it, no big deal. He sees that the level of drama his department has gone up. BUt he is too busy keeping things going to think about it.
Then comes the weeks worth of mandatory diversity training. Where he has nothing to do but think about it. The truth stands out. The best way to avoid all the problems is to avoid hiring any of the more problematic groups. Women, blacks, etc. Just avoid them
"Diversity Trainer" is usually a stupid, fat, resentful black woman who does nothing productive. Look at her and you think, gee, do I want to hire more of that? NO!
Or more simply that if you hire diverse you must walk on eggshells to avoid triggering one of these special snowflakes. Just hire frat-boys. They might be boorish, but won't complain or cause real trouble.
Any suggestions on how to Black Knight using this kind of data?

I asked a black friend about a certain area at work. I had been considering requesting a transfer there. She said other blacks tell her it's really hard to get promoted there.
IMMEDIATELY enhanced its appeal.
All the Equals Temple cultist hears from this study is that success will require doubling the time & money spent on mandatory reeducation.

Also, the more it becomes common knowledge that pretty much everyone who is not one of these pampered, indulged, useless minority groups feels the same way about "diversity training," the less effective it will become and the more openly it will be ignored or mocked. I can easily imagine that, at some point, senior executive managers will begin saying to themselves "ok, so I have two choices: 1) hire more oxygen thieves and be driven out of business by being overwhelmed with internal incompetence and not being any longer able to produce anything, or 2) refuse to hire anymore of such (and fire the few that I'm now stuck with) and have the State fine me out of existence. Since I'm screwed either way, I might as well opt for the latter, fight the good fight, and be productive with what little life is left in the company."
Imagine also if productivity rose astronomically if option 2 were chosen.

Yup. Even the hucksters involved in the "diversity" industry know very well that if "diversity" really worked and were a real solution to anything, it would've been enthusiastically adopted and practiced decades ago without any need whatsoever for government coercion or "training."
Diversity "training" = make-work for the very people excluded from participation in the real economy due to their own genetic inability to function. That they can't even make sinecures work properly just justifies even further their exclusion from important work that requires adult effort and ability.

Assuming your workforce isn't diverse, no training. Assuming diverse workforce, must have training and extra effort to control feelings and deal with inefficiencies. Isn't so hard to do the easy thing.

Diversity trainer was Mooshell Obama's "bread & butter." Just a different way of shaking down businesses, a slight variant of Rainbow Push.
If Diversity Training were a legitimate "thing", the training would consist of the company trainer telling you the government had forced them to hire these "diversities" and you need this training to know how to integrate them into your department and supervise or work with/for them in such a way that you minimize the damage they can do to the workplace or production.
For example, if you've been forced to hire or promote a woman or a Vibrant over a more qualified white man, the underlings will need training in how to do their boss' job for him without him discovering that's what they're doing. Everyone is in on the charade except for the "diversity".
I have actually seen this type of situation before. It was in the union I worked for, so it wasn't a real business. All the glaring flaws of the black woman in charge were ignored, explained away, or compensated for by others year after year after year. It helped that the woman was actually a wonderful person and totally committed to helping the union members; nevertheless, when shit didn't get done, or got done half-assed, we were lucky we weren't a real business that actually had to produce anything of real commercial value.

The only place "diversity" matters is in white neighborhoods, white schools and white countries, and you will never hear anyone call for more diversity in Africa, Mexico, or any Arab nation. there will be no push to move whites into the hood, or displace the barrio, and even in china town.
When it's a white neighborhood or school we must integrate and diversify, open the doors to everyone, a world without borders where the traffic flows in on direction only.
Equality is no different, women must be made equal, and any African or Mexican too. Skills, education, and experience don't matter unless you are a white male. For everyone else we have quotas, affirmative action, tax breaks, and a list of perks as long as you exclude the white man in your hiring decision.

The managers had all already learned from diversity training that they needed to lie through their teeth. They knew they could not say that diversity hires were a drain on the company. They knew they could not say that women in the workforce were, as a group, a whole level of drama and distraction from production that the team did not need. They KNEW from their training what not to say to professional EEO diversity training staff about why the numbers didn't improve.
So, the training wasn't a total waste.

If I was an employer I would never hire anyone with a feminist or racial activist background, it would be just asking for drama and lawsuits. If you have a minor in wymminology or African-American studies you're right out. And these "diversity" brainwashing sessions just highlight the threat. Who needs it?
P.S. - Pro-diversity just means anti-white and Affirmative Action is just racist robbery of whites.
