Dietary emasculation

The idea that meat-avoidance is unmanly isn't just carnivorous rhetoric, as it has been determined that a vegetarian diet literally reduces your masculinity and fertility:
Vegetarians and vegans had significantly lower sperm counts compared with meat eaters, 50 million sperm per ml compared with 70 million per ml. They also had lower average sperm motility – the number of sperm which are active. Only one third of sperm were active for vegetarians and vegans compared with nearly 60 per cent for meat eaters.

The team believes that vitamin deficiencies may be to blame but also believe that replacing meat with soy could be responsible.

“We found that diet does significantly affect sperm quality. Vegetarian and vegan diets were associated with much lower sperm counts than omnivorous diets,” said Dr Eliza Orzylowska an obstetrician at Loma Linda University Medical Centre in California.

“Although these people are not infertile, in is likely to play a factor in conception, particularly for couples who are trying to conceive naturally. the old fashioned way.”

One factor could be diets rich in soy, the researchers hypothesis. Soy contains phyto-oestrogens which have similar properties to the female hormone oestrogen.
So, the good news is that vegetarians are gradually breeding themselves out of existence. This should scotch any idea of going vegetarian for future generations, as it is a literally anti-selection dietary measure. In fertility terms, the vegetarian man is literally less than one-third the average omnivorous man.

Hypothesis: an investigation of diet and socio-sexual rank would find that vegetarians make up an disproportionate percentage of Gammas and Omegas.

soy products have phytoestrogens. Of course testosterone takes a hit.

said Dr Eliza Orzylowska: " the old fashioned way.”

Eliza means fucking? The extraordinary successful way, that has resulted in the Human race increasing from three billion to a population of six billion in thirty years, of which population, the new fangled way involving wankers, test tubes and pipettes might have contributed to 0.00000000000000000001%

Picked up on that "old fashioned way" comment too. Reminds me of how vaginal delivery is sometimes mistakenly called "natural childbirth" (meaning not a c-section). "Natural" used to mean no drugs, but now we have to pat the little missus on the head for delivering a baby down the canal God intended - even if numbed from the waist down.

What about brain development on vegan diet? Does it take a hit too?

If the left was honest they'd use this fact to promote vegetarianism, since in their mind testosterone and manly virtues are the main enemies of civilization.

Mindstorm,

I remember reading a story about certain essential B vitamins needed for proper brain function, and those vitamins only available in meat.

Everybody needs vegetables and few are getting enough of them, I got it. Buy a juicer and increase your daily intake of vegetables from across the spectrum - BUT if God did not want us to eat meat, how come it is digestible, nourishes our body and tastes so darn good?

Soy screws up women's hormones too. No human beings should eat it. It's especially bad that baby formulas are full of it.

Which is why I am almost a pure carnivore. Literally. I didn't need a study to know that. My body told me. Well, and women tell me, by their reactions. They can, probably almost literally if not consciously, smell the blood and fat of animals. And, yes, they love it. It's almost as good as being politically conservative and brash with that. I've seen a liberal women's eyes dilate while I'm saying things that are politically harsh to her worldview. I can smell her... warming up. Makes me hungry for raw or semi-raw meat, too. It's a circle.

I've always suspected that vegetarian men were pansies. Now here's the proof.

Which is why they are desperate to import as many third world immigrants as they can, as fast as they can.

Soy is one of the most highly tampered with plants in the U.S. Farmers and big-agra have been "improving" soy for over 100 years. Orientals do not eat the same soy that we have in the U.S., as their's is natural soy.

But, they also do not eat soy much at all - except as fermented soy, which has quite different properties than unfermented soy.

One herbalist called vegetarianism, "a long slow death with no return". Veganism is a much faster suicide. In the Colorado study of centenarians there was not one vegetarian or vegan over 100 years old.

In looking for causes for centenarians longevity, researchers found that all of the centenarians were heavy red meat eaters; and most had at least 1 shot of whiskey or alcohol per day.

@Mindstorm. A telling pseudo a documentary called "First, Do No Harm" was a dramatization of a severe epileptic seeking treatment at Johns Hopkins, or one of those famous hospitals. The treatment involved a ketosis diet, high in animal fat and protein, kind of like Watkins on steroids. The movie featured actual epileptic actors, who had gone up to 30 years without seizure as a result of the diet.

So, I would say, assuming epilepsy is a brain disorder, that animal proteins and fats are very integral to proper brain functioning.

While I love this website and whole red pill idea, I will say that the planet and most of it problems are attributed to overpopulation. Having children is not the end all be all, and I'm glad not to have fathered any brats. That said I do not eat red meat, only fish and chicken and the health benefits supersede my previous lifestyle when I consumed red meat. When you look at the biggest and strongest animals in the natural kingdom, they only consume either plants or fish.

This is actually a false statement if you eat the organs of the animal, assuming the animal was raised on its customary diet rather than force fed grain, you don't need to eat vegetables at all.

While I love this website and whole red pill idea, I will say that the planet and most of it problems are attributed to overpopulation.

Assuming overpopulation is a problem (its not) we wouldn't have the problem if we would stop giving aid to families that are unwilling to acquire enough future orientation to take care of themselves.

Wishful thinking that it will be bred out of existence. Particularly since IVF is covered by all of us natural conception enthusiasts. Really it just takes them a bit long under the enough bullets theory. So the only ones society loses will be the ones that start late that don't want to avail themselves of other people's money

Maveriiick, you could "attribute" the world's problems to invisible gremlins, but it wouldn't make it true.

Some particular locations may be overpopulated because of government do-gooders encouring mass migration and/or introducing farming practices (usually grains) that aren't appropriate for the people or the land. But the earth itself is no more overpopulated than it was every other time people have made that claim throughout history, probably since the first time two cavemen fought over a cave.

But, they also do not eat soy much at all - except as fermented soy, which has quite different properties than unfermented soy.

The anti-meat brigades have told us a lot of lies about what people eat in other parts of the world, from Asians eating nothing but rice and soy (no, they have a small side dish of rice and they ferment their soy), to the French eating loaf after loaf of bread, to the so-called Mediterranean diet. It's all a lot of nonsense.

There's enough crossover from here to Vox Populi that I'm sure many here are science fiction fans, so we know how often SF writers assume a vegetarian future, or portray meat-eaters as barbarians (Klingons, for instance). Even people who aren't vegetarian themselves often think it's inevitable in the future -- and morally superior. It's hogwash.

Heh. Not just fertility terms, but behavioral terms as well, judging from the hippies I see around here.

Dunno about that... East Asian men also strongly tilt toward the BETA end of the spectrum.

You do realize that human beings occupy, at most, 5.6% of the continental United States. It's even less in Alaska. That we tend to cram ourselves together in cities and suburban areas for the most part. That there are billions of animals to this day who live and die without ever sensing a single human being? And no, I don't mean insects or undersea fish either.

Can it with the overpopulation nonsense. Yes there are areas where human population density is uncomfortably high, but that doesn't mean the planet is overrun by human beings any more than it is overrun by squirrels.

Looking forward to the storm of misinformation and made up science facts for this post.

Let me point out that Loma Linda University is owned and operated by the Seventh day Adventist Church. Adventists strongly support the vegetarian diet as espoused in Genesis 1 & 2, and Daniel 1. They have identified many, many health advantages of a HEALTHY vegetarian diet. Healthy meaning not gorging your fat mouth on highly processed "vegetarian" foods, ice cream, white rice, etc.....

In the minds of Adventists, there is no conflict between True Science and the Bible. Therefore, they will publish research that will seem to contradict their stance. Why? Because this is what the data is pointing out in this particular study. Unlike the global warming frauds, the wine industry, the factory farming industry, the pesticide industry, the tobacco industry, and the GMO industry, they go where the science leads them.

I'm sure most of you will be happy to ignore all the decades of Loma Linda research published that points out the many positive effects of a healthy vegetarian diet, because it might interfere with your enjoyment of the next bloody steak that your body is craving (chased down with a glass of Brawndo).

I also would tend to blame the over-reliance by vegetarians on getting their protein fix from eating the soy products. Soy in North America has been incredibly modified, is one of the most heavily pesticide and herbicide crops in production today, and most fake meat soy-based products require a couple college level organic chemistry classes to decipher the ingredients list.

Iowahine: I generally agree with you, but the number of doctors who bully and scare women into sections is also pretty outrageous. Women have all these dubious "rights" like voting, affirmative action, etc, but put a baby in her uterus and that all changes. It's ridiculous that women pretty much unilaterally have the right to decide if their kid lives or dies, but once she goes into a labor she's often bullied and treated like a mental incompetent no matter how reasonable or evidence based her desires are :(

(Also, sections are actually generally harder and riskier than normal delivery. Anyone who tries to tell you otherwise is an idiot.)

Ha . . . I once heard that 'vegetarian' is Latin for 'bad hunter'. This would seem to lend support to the hypothesis above as well.

Apparently, vegetarians/vegans have more female offspring.

Must suck to be a SJW championing feminism in India, etc. Uh, what do you do? Promote a vegan (feminist) diet to reduce suffering and stop the rape of gaia, and allow abortion to continue unabated until you realize that your vegan contingent is aborting female babies because males are preferred? Oh, the predicament.

Rabbi B, love your comments, always. There are many prominent Jewish advocates of veganism: Isa Chandra Moskowitz, Mayim Biyalik, Alicia Silverstone, probably others but I've stopped following much of it. Is there a basis in Torah for a vegan diet?

And, should Christians keep Kosher? I've wondered about that, recently. Given that Ebola comes from eating bushmeat (totally NOT kosher, y'all)...there must be something we can take from Yahweh's commands as to what and how to eat that will protect us from illness.

Beefy, just make sure you're drinking enough water. Yep, that's the critique for the high protein diet, "you can damage your kidneys if you don't drink enough water" as if your kidneys wont be damaged from a lack of water on any diet.

Then there's the vegan children that die of malnutrition. That right there should be enough to show the folly of veganism.

In my experience with animals, if you literally chop their balls off (and they survive) they tend to live longer. I thought that may contribute to why chicks live longer, they don't have to waste effort being fertile. Could be something to it, the study does say that the tested population lives ten years longer on average.

I have said this before... DON'T EVER take dating/attraction advice from any female EVER.

The problem with females is that they are always sending any info though a haze of hampster fur. Yes you can make out large glaring truths but specific details like "opera" are nothing but red herrings for betas.

Let me be the VaJayJay whisperer for you. This older lady (by her text I would say representative) is looking at profile pictures and finding ALL are wanting. She is NEXTING almost all men because she has "self esteem".

So what she is REALLY telling you. DON'T PUT A PIC ON YOUR PROFILE. duh.
oh and read this to understand why- http://heartiste.wordpress.com/2014/10/17/eye-gaze-experiments-demonstrate-holistic-female-attraction-triggers/

Women want surprise and mystery. So why on earth would any man ruin it by puting a pic up??
(but but... I will get no responses... - my reply - so you were getting huge responses before? crickets chirp)

Here is what you do:
------------------------------------------------------------
1) Take down all pics on your online dating profiles
2) Get professional head shot suit and tie photos made at a professional studio with professional lighting.
2a) you will send this pic out by a private gmail account when an interested lady requests it and provides her email address as an indication of solid interest.
3) Add the following text at the BOTTOM of your profile:
“While my public style is traditional — think Gregory Peck — and courtly, my private style would be termed anything but that of a submissive — perhaps that of Keith Richards.”
(Hat tip to Rollos site for this read the comments to explain it - http://therationalmale.com/2014/09/01/the-myth-of-the-good-guy/)
4) Edit your profile to remove ALL redneck or religious terms from now on you are a "non-denominational satanist or other flippant spiritual term" no fishing, no hunting. Think of putting Golf, Cigars, Sailing or other high end activity.
(boys do you want to get with females or not? remember mystery... after bedtime THEN you can let her see your inner duck dynasty or sermon preaching m'kay)

Anonymous said...

5) Message ALL females in your area, ethnic preference, and age range with the following.
"Your profile is the best I've read here... Too bad it would never work for us. :("

[AND sit back and BEHOLD the power of a female's hamster working for you not against you!]

6) Whatever the reply... and there will be many... the response from you is always the same:
"I just think you are looking for some who is tamer than I am."

7) At this point you should get your first genuine indication of interest. She will say things like "now you have my interest" etc then you hit her with this.
"Well since you say that. Challenge. Accepted. Would you like to hear my rules for how I believe online dating should work?"
[periods are important guys]

8) She will reply with wanting your rules. The rules are things you like and don't like to set expectations. But actually their main purpose is to Demonstrate Higher Value (DHV) and indicate that you are discerning and therefore "a catch".

Here is and examle that I do.
"This is a few ideas that I have put together on how I think this online dating works. It's not a hard set of rules but more a series of guidelines that allow us to know where each other is coming from.
1 - Our first meeting will be for a daytime coffee where we can discover our mutual chemistry.
2 - All dates will be device free zones. Yes important matters like family emergencies may come up. But in general phones etc will be on silent and not on tables.
3 - While I am fine with suggestions the venues of the first few dates will be places of my choosing and as a true gentleman I will insist on paying the tab.
4 - [etc Insert your rules here...] "
"Oh and if you have any pictures you would like to share please feel free to send them allong. I am a very visual person."
NAMME
GMAIL ADDRESS
PERSONAL CELL NUMBER

9) Start insisiting that all future contact be via cell messaging and press for Coffee Date.

First and Second dates need their own post... if you like this advice ask.

This study has everything reversed (the morons!).

Vegan diets don't MAKE a man unmanly.

Many men are ALREADY predisposed to like meat.

While runts are ALREADY predisposed to not like meat so much.

Testosterone cannot cause muscles to get bigger without there also being ample dietary protein.

So the hypothalamus and other structures involved in appetite regulation have obviously evolved to respond to higher blood T with a shift in dietary preference for meat.

So men that are naturally higher in T will automatically gravitate toward more meat in their diet while lower T men will not.

Making runts far more likely to be vegans.
