Lena Durham's fake rape

Apparently she isn't getting enough attention for her show that no one watches anymore, so Lena Durham belatedly recalls being "raped" in college:
'I think I had just felt that something was very wrong,' she said. 'I had felt that something had happened and I remember thinking "Can I ever be the same?"

'I was at a party, drunk, waiting for attention -- and somehow that felt like such a shameful starting-off point that I didn't know how to reconcile what had come after. But I knew that it wasn't right and I knew in some way that this experience had been forced on me.'

But she did have a good friend to talk with about the experience: 'When I shared it with my best friend and she used the term "you were raped" at the time, I sort of laughed at her and thought like, you know, what an ambulance-chasing drama queen,' Lena said.

'[I] later felt this incredible gratitude for her for giving me that, giving me that gift of that kind of certainty that she had,' she continued. 'I think that a lot of times when I felt at my lowest about it, those words in some way actually lifted me up because I felt that somebody was justifying the pain of my experience.'

The remainder of the actress' college life was marked by the trauma: 'I didn't really go to anymore parties. I just stopped going… I basically didn't have a drink for the rest of college… I really removed myself from that world. I don't know if I would've told you at the time, "Oh, I'm doing this to keep myself safe," but obviously in hindsight… I basically removed myself from the social world as I'd known it.'
How much would you want to bet against anyone who attended college at the same time she did being able to explode her retroactive narrative with ease? Notice that Dunham doesn't name her "rapist" or bother contacting the authorities, because she's obviously just trying to generate press for her new book.

What a repulsive creature, both inside and out. The troubling thing is that she may indeed be the female voice of her generation, which is enough to make Sharia look good in comparison.

"Repulsive creature" - I can not think if a better way to describe her. And yet the media shoves her in our face and we're the ones with the problem if we don't watch her show (never seen it - won't see it), reveal in her angst and think she's beautiful. Yuck. Marriage is never perfect,
- there are trials and hardships, but I am so thankful that I am not single today. I fear for my son and daughters trying to find a spouse in Lena Dunham's world.

Just read that there are Christian women and pre-pubescent girls in the Middle East who had to watch their husbands and/or family members be slaughtered by ISIS before getting brutally gang raped and sold as slaves for $10. No doubt Lena knows exactly what that feels like, given her drunken attention-seeking made her feel bad about her poor judgment (re: American rape).

In fairness, that's about $9.90 more than anyone would pay for Lena. On the one hand, it would be nice to have someone to rake the leaves and clean the toilets, on the other hand, one would have to actually look at her.

My disinclination to see Lena Dunham naked, is not my choice.

Her celebrity status is one of the more baffling things to be produced in this new century. I watched one episode of Girls. That was enough. The words, "progressive vanity project," came irresistibly to mind. Not her show, Lena Dunham herself, is a vanity project for progressives.

This, is what a beautiful woman looks like! They cry.

Fuck it is, we reply in considerable confusion.

Seriously, is every female SJW a rape victim at this point?

Tattoos on woman can tell you a lot about her.

First any ink on a woman at all screams, pay attention to me! I deserve it!

A star means, she's broke.

A blue star on her wrist means, she's a broke lesbian.

Quotes mean she's a pretentious SJW.

Any tats near her lady parts means, I am a slut and I expect you to act accordingly.

Dunham's ink says, I am interesting. Don't get me wrong, she's not. But that is what she is trying to project, I am really interesting. And I was born in the Village and with little sense and less supervision. I am artist and you won't get the stories my skin telling you but I have money because these weren't cheap. Except for the word, 'staunch," on my wrist but that is just to let you know, I am both tough and suicidal.

She was drunk, high on coke, and strung out on xanax. At a party. With college guys.

Ok, let's assume this is true; how much sympathy do you have for me getting drunk, high, and strung out, clearing out my bank account, going into downtown Harlem, and chucking cash at everyone? Is there a lot of sympathy for me doing something I'm probably going to regret when I'm sober? I was too drunk to willingly give my money away, the people I was giving it to should have realized how messed up I was, so obviously, I was forced into giving up my money. I was robbed! Sure, they didn't have a gun or anything, but I sure felt like either I couldn't leave or I didn't want to...

At a party, drunk, waiting for attention? I'll bet her legs open as easily as her mouth.

So at no point did she ask her partner to stop.

That would constitute a violation of Newton's Second Law. But if you want to wager BAC > F=MA, I'll take the other side. Put your money on the table.

Notice that Dunham doesn't name her "rapist"

To be fair, she might well not remember his name, or (given she was self-admittedly drunk) even his face. I had a one-nighter with a girl back when I was in college, and now I couldn't recall her name to save my life.

That feeling of "I shouldn't have done that" could just as easily have been a hangover. I get that feeling all the time the morning after I've had 5 or 6 too many drinks, I'm sure the drugs have a similar effect.

Someday feminists historians will refer to this generation as the rape generation.

Didn't need to read, nor do I know this woman more than just a bit, and I already knew she was fabricating about something she had hoped to have been worthy. Women, especially certain types, are full-fledged lunatics. She would be, she just isn't bright enough. But she does give it a go from time to time.

By the "regret is rape" standatd, probably every guy who fucked her felt raped too. "What, I fucked that bitch? Oh shit, I feel so violated... God damn, how much did I drink last night?"

What about the poor guy who fucked her? What that poor bastard, huh? What about him? Do you honestly think for a second that he was sober?

Because I sure as fuck don't.

Imagine waking up with that nestled into the crook of your arm. Imagine his shame and horror at what has just happened. You wen to bed with this and you woke up with that! Do you honestly think it's easy to sneak out, under those circumstance?

(*Cataline weeps for his memories*) There aren't enough showers in the world man.

Its pretty much de rigueur for leftist-feminist women to claim they were raped or abused. After all, the "cool girls" are doing it and no one wants to feel left out, ya know?

And they're too stupid to realize that
a) There are clear links between being raped (actually) and developing Borderline Personality Disorder/
b) Running around acting like a BPD nutjob doesn't win anybody to your side. See Chelsea Van Valkenburg (alias Zoe Quinn)

One of many reasons why I don't drink to the point of getting drunk -- you very well might have to live the rest of your life living with whatever stupidity you did while drunk.

The ones who aren't claim they get hundred to thousands of rape and death threats..

But when anyone calls the law enforcement agencies with the appropriate jurisdiction, they all reply, not with the "we can't comment on this sort of thing" type of non-denial denial, but with a flat out "This person has NEVER filed any complaints with us for any threats of violence."

Internet Death Threat -- it's even easier than painting a swastika on your own front door...and you don't even have to have any substantial proof, other than just typing them up in photoshop.

It's really not that baffling. She's simply managed to find a nexus in politics and entertainment such that a large number of people are convinced they're not right-thinking people if they don't think she's funny. It's the same herd instinct that pushed all those middle aged women to drag their husbands to the theater for Brokeback Mountain.

"Rape cred"

Anyway,

To be fair, she might well not remember his name, or (given she was self-admittedly drunk) even his face. I had a one-nighter with a girl back when I was in college, and now I couldn't recall her name to save my life.

But was that experience so traumatic to make you stop drinking/partying/having sex for years?

According to Lena, her experience was that transformative.

So, I kinda think she should remember more details.

As I noted in another thread, I was black-out drunk in Germany and accepted a ride back to base with a fairly repulsive (face) woman. In and out of consciousness, I have memories of her riding me in her apartment. Unprotected sex that left me with the Clap. I had to take a cab back to base the next day, too.

And I can spot that woman in a lineup to this day (well, the 20-something version of her).

I don't buy her lack of details as anything other than manufactured B/S for "rape cred."

Women are herd animals. No doubt about it any longer.

"[I] later felt this incredible gratitude for her for giving me that, giving me that gift of that kind of certainty that she had,' she continued. 'I think that a lot of times when I felt at my lowest about it, those words in some way actually lifted me up because I felt that somebody was justifying the pain of my experience.'

My gf and I have been having a great relationship for some months as she admits. Yesterday we did a Myer Briggs personality test. The thought that the test didn't point my type as one of the best for her left her in shock.
Can you believe that?

Of course. Always same freaking external validation or opinion is more important than actual facts.

Rumor has it they were, but got posted on a culinary page under the category "Russet"

Now that we established that drunken sex is rape, we now know how to protect ourselves. Don't have sex when drunk. Be sober. She must be sober. What a mess.

Lena is such a joke. She says she avoids parties and avoid drinking because she evidently don't trust herself anymore. Such rape triggering is psychotic. What's up with this? It seems like it is a mass invention. The politics of sex with ominous overtones, but is really about politics and the destruction of men.

MichaelJMaier said...

To Lena: "Hey cunt! If you have to be reminded that you were raped, YOU WEREN'T!"
