The five-strike rule

Men get one strike.  Women get five.
Leanne Black made false rape claims against five different men over a period of eight years, but escaped justice until now. The 32-year-old used the rape allegations to get revenge on her partners after arguing with them - but a judge accused her of harming genuine rape victims with her lies.

Black was sentenced to two years in prison at Newport Crown Court after pleading guilty to perverting the course of justice.

In one case, she told police that her ex had drugged and raped her, and in another she claimed that a boyfriend had kidnapped her before violently abusing her.
Notice how the judge doesn't see the real problem as her harming the men she's falsely accusing, but that her lies will make things harder for other women making accusations.

Women lie, and lie, and lie.

This is the first reason they don't belong on a pedestal.

Yep. Ignore the real harm done to real people in favor of protecting potential future victims of potential future crimes.

Ugh. Well, that's probably the only way to get women on board with the idea that false rape accusations are a big problem. At least this broad's prosecution is a small step in the right direction.

We need a false accuser registry.

I am so glad people are writing about the issue of rape, sexual assault, and false accusations more. As I noted recently on my own site, feminists have had control of the rape narrative for way too long, and have twisted it to suit their agenda.

I'm posting on this topic tomorrow, as is M3. We need to deliver a reality check to the feminist sexual assault machine. I am now convinced that nearly all rape accusations on college campuses are actually false - but I also think the girl herself probably believes the accusation to be true. That's because she has been brain-washed to believe that drunken regret sex is rape. And who told her that it was? I believe that Campus Rape Crisis Centers, which are all staffed by militant feminists, are the problem.

Vox, is it okay if I link to an article I wrote on this? I don't mean to self-promote, but I am passionate about this topic:

Now that a five strike rule has been established women have only to figure out how and when to use them.

I think Ferd Bardamu posted a watchlist a long time ago

HEY! That averages out to three strikes, so it's okay by me!

SSM, thanks for the link. It saves me from having to go find it.

How common is this phenomenon, really? I see it discussed endlessly around the Manosphere.

It is discussed in the Manosphere because rape accusations usually are life-ending events for most men, even if they are not true. We're talking about being put on the sex offender's registry, having a criminal record, and possibly jail time all because some bitch decided the sex wasn't that good afterwards.

If a man set out to destroy another man's life over some petty disagreement, you'd look at that kind of person as some kind of comic book supervillain. But women do this kind of thing all the time, either with false rape charges or divorce battles. So of course it is discussed in the Manosphere, if anything, as a warning about the consequences of not acting Alpha and also to teach men proper discernment when selecting sexual partners.

As far as being common, I'd say it's not much more common than rape itself. It is probably more common on college campuses though, which may also explain why many men are not going to college these days. Why subject yourself to those lizards?

Maybe that's just the Daily Mail's emphasis. The judge might have been reading a prepared written decision to the court and the Daily Mail only quoted parts of it. In which case it would be, 'notice how the Daily Mail...'
