Intersexual relations and shootings

I don't know what the connection between intersexual relations and the recent school shooting in Connecticut is, but given that the shooter killed his mother in her classroom as well as her students, it is almost certain that they are involved in some capacity.  They were definitely involved in the recent murder-suicide in Kansas City, where the paternity of the NFL player's girlfriend's child was apparently in doubt.

It's easy to sneer at people because they're losers in the sexual marketplace, because they were rejected, because they get cheated on, because they were blue pill chumps burned by the opposite sex.  But it is a terrible, terrible mistake, because sometimes, the losers decide to share their pain with the world.  I'm not condoning their actions in any way or minimizing the gravity of them, merely noting the observable fact.  Pain feeds on pain. Pain often breeds more pain.

It is customary to posture and declare that the killer must have been insane or a coward.  This is both silly and dishonest.  Cowards are easy to deter.  The insane are seldom stable enough to plan their actions successfully. But sane individuals whose pain is so great they would rather die than live are very, very dangerous and nearly impossible to deter.

Read "The Murderer Next Door - Why The Mind Is Designed To Kill" by David M. Buss. It debunk a lot of myths (like video game violence translates to real world violence, i.e., the 'desensitization' argument) and will likely change your viewpoint on the real causes of violence (sociosexual, etc.).

afaik, Dave Grossman's argument is more subtle than that - video games don't induce one to kill people in real life, but they do condition young people so that it becomes easier for them to kill if they so choose.

Well put VD. When practicing situational awareness, I always try and identify the possible nerdy white kid that's ready to live out his Basketball Diaries fantasy. It's much harder than identifying the wannabe gangster jig with his ass crack hanging out of his pants or Jose and his roofing crew that's ready to pull some young girl in their van and pull a train on her. Stereotypes are helpful with minorities, not so much with whitey.

The reason for these shootings was described in the Bible thousands of years ago: Humiliation followed by Revenge.

Cain was humiliated after being rejected and killed his brother, who is thought was the cause of his problems.

These men feel humiliated and disrespected, so they seek revenge. Calling them cowards or evil completely misses the truth.

I remember being a teenager, and on occasion hitting levels of blind rage where -- if someone had stuck a loaded, safety-off gun in my hand at the right moment -- I might have killed someone. I played out elaborate geek-fan fantasy sequences in my mind of blowing people through walls with lightning bolts, which may well be one reason God hasn't seen fit to give our species superpowers. I can understand, with effort, being angry enough to lash out destructively on impulse against people who've genuinely hurt you.

But being able to sustain a rage like that long enough to actually collect the gear, plan it, kill your father in one location, then drive to another and kill not only your target, your *mother*, but a whole bunch of children in the vicinity? That level of rage, plus the necessary stuntedness of empathy for killing *children*, really does sound like something was clinically wrong with this individual. (Even Harris and Klebold of Columbine fame killed other teenagers their own age, not preadolescents.)

If he had sociosexual problems, my guess is that they were an effect of his mental problems, not a cause of them -- though whatever problems he had might well have been aggravated by isolation (classic vicious circle, that). But there are some levels of crazy that are just the result of bad neurochemistry; some people just seem to be born with fracture points in their brain, so that what toughens or even scars the rest of us shatters them.

with it being way too soon without any real info im loathe to comment, yet i will.

i was on the cusp of creating Columbine before it was synonymous with school shootings. You'd all be calling it Bishop Allen today if i had access to firearms in highschool. Thankfully i did not.

I understand pent up untapped rage better than anyone. There are moments in time, brief moments, where i find empathy with the shooters. Then i think of the victims, and all the periphery that no one thinks about while in rage. The parents, relatives, friends of those cut down. Hundreds of lives changed beyond the hyperfocus of one.

I also knew as soon as i heard about the shooting, told that the shooter killed toddlers, not teens i said 'this is family dysfunction or mental illnes, not bullying.. keep an eye out on the parents'. lo and behold...

Yet still it must go deeper than this.. and i'm going to wait many more days till i make a judgement on this.

Part of me says nothing external could cause this, his mind was gone long before to enter a class to kill children.

"If a man is overcome with the idea that he is a victim, that his pain is the result of someone else inflicting pain on him, and he is powerless to be anything else, then in his mind any kind of retribution can be justified."

This statement has the ring of truth about it but it needs qualification. It needs to be coupled with causation, which would be cultural and institutional misandry. Widespread misandry, in breaking the legs of all men, has rendered all men into just these kind of victims. If gynocentric governance comes riding in on a pink horse saying "look what we've done for you, you angry young men" after wielding the club, then the deal is done.

Feminists and white knights will spin this in such a way to take what is certainly an outlier of male behaviour, then combine it with other outliers such as Marc Lepine of Ecole Polytechnic infamy, then exalt the grouping in women's studies faculties throughout the land as evidence of a primary correlation. If this attitude continues to feed the the public "woman good, man bad" narrative, and the causative factors continue to be ignored and distorted, and more Dear Colleague letters are written, sooner or later all men will be victims, male pain will be the result of someone else inflicting pain on them, men will be powerless to be anything else, and sooner or later any kind of retribution will be justified in more men's minds.

Men will become what women want them to be. If women continue to misuse their sexual power, or allow it to be debased and abused any more by feminism, or cheer on as the hypergamy monster is let out of its cage, more and more injured men will turn on their abusive masters.

While the shooting is appalling and heartbreaking even to the hardest in the manosphere, we ought not be surprised it is happening. Feminism has guaranteed it through its complete and utter failure to care for men as God intends.

the truth is even worse -- they dont just FEEL humiliated and disrespected, they ARE humiliated and disrespected by american culture, as a matter of both public (legal) and private practice

debase and disenfranchise a group long enough -- disempower them while simultaneously attributing to them great power -- and a certain percentage will act violently, no matter how many police are hired

i recall back in the nineties, writing to newspapers and pleading with them about this incipient violence, guaranteed as consequence of feminism and the betrayal of the u.s. male

folks didnt want to hear it, they just wanted to be enraged at the perp, pass more laws, seek gun control etc etc, anything but the truth, that they are all responsible for those dead kindergarten kids, b/c they either stood by silently while feminism went down, or aided, abetted, and profited from it (and still are)

good things are coming eventually, for men AND women, but it will get worse first

Of course. They're already doing it. Jezebel is milking its story for all its worth. Then again, this is how politics have always worked: spin every story you can, shift all blame from yourself to your enemies, go further and blame them for the problems that you've caused.

There's not much one can do about it, and if we want to be honest with ourselves, there isn't much we should do about it. The responses to this shooting will beget even more misandry. It's bound to happen. It's part of a self-reinforcing cycle of oppression and pathology which hastens the decline of this civilization, which has already richly earned its ultimate demise. The sooner it happens, the better.

whoism3's link above is quite telling. For example:

The separation hit the children hard, [neighbor] Kraft recalled.

When Nancy Lanza would go out to dinner with friends, she sometimes relied on Kraft to watch Adam Lanza, who was too boisterous for Ryan Lanza to manage.

“He would have tantrums,” Kraft said. “They were much more than the average kid.”

Yet he was not prone to violence, Kraft said.

The kids seemed really depressed” by the breakup, Kraft said of the Lanza brothers.

Yes, that is true -- they are humiliated, disrespected and abused. And some people seem to think this is okay.

There is a psychiatrist named James Gilligan who spent 35 years dealing with incarcerated prisoners who committed the most horrendous crimes. When he asked why, what he heard every time (and that was thousands of times ("he dissed me (or my family, girlfriend, wife, etc.)"

One day what he realized he was hearing was the story of Cain and Abel, which means people thousands of years ago realized that humiliation leads to revenge.

It's amazing the number of people, even here, who do not understand this, and spout nonsense about how these guys are Omegas, Betas, Gammas, etc.(btw, it is a humiliating insult for the foolish to describe men using such foolish terms - all these guys are doing is marching in mental lockstep with whomever came up with these silly ideas).

These guys feel humiliated (because they are), so they attempt to replace shame with pride by seeking revenge on their oppressors.

Maybe the killer was an emotional child?
Or perhaps more to the point, he was just severely mentally ill. And no amount of laws or medicine can completely stop such terrible incidents.

PGC said...

Has anyone in the media considered the possibility that the killer's mother may have sexually abused him? Or at least subjected him to some form of crushing emotional abuse and humiliation all his life?

His rage came from somewhere.

It's possible he was born with a predisposition to less empathy and more aggression than most people, but that doesn't create cold-blooded, murderous RAGE. Neither does mental illness.

I don't expect the MSM to consider this angle as it upsets the woman=good/man=bad falsehood they promote.

taterearl said...

So would you rather have them float through a life of whatever Greek letter they are assigned as that rage builds...or tell them the truth of where they are and give them the tools to change and improve their path. Many blogs do this...they tell it like it is then give you the reason why it is and how you can change it. Cain should have looked in the mirror and worked his ass off to please God instead of taking the easy path playing the victim and taking it out on Abel. His life would have been immensely better.

You can't save everybody...we live in a fallen world, but if you save enough of these guys the world improves.

Unknown said...

"Cain should have looked in the mirror and worked his ass off to please God instead of taking the easy path playing the victim and taking it out on Abel. His life would have been immensely better."

You don't get it. The story of Cain and Abel is a story about universal truths. It's a mythological story. You might as well complain about Gollum: "He shouldn't have killed his friend...he shouldn't have fallen for the power of the ring."

Anyone who would say something like that doesn't understand how the story is about how power can corrupt people and turn them evil.

And anyone who says, "Well, Cain should have done this..." has no clue the story is about how humiliating people can lead them to kill you.

Anything less than calling someone an Alpha (who don't exist) is always going to be an insult. A humiliating insult. Gamma, Omega, whatever. They're all insults, which are attempts to humiliate people.

The Lost Boys of the Manosphere don't understand that.

Good grief, talk about PC nonsense. I suppose the words shotgun, bomb, bullet, blitz, hit, and attack are off limits as well...

Besides I highly doubt any parents who lost children in yesterdays shootings really give a fuck about this game or the words the announcers choose.

Seems like whenever something horrible like this happens that politicians and media types are in a competition to "out care" one another. Its not about empathizing with the victims, its all about making themselves look good.

This was a clear case of Neanderthal dysfunction leading to a spree. Adam Lanza was a super Thal - Asperger's, described as genius, near total social dysfunction, a desire to fit in but not the ability, on medication. Probably undiagnosed food intolerances further destabilizing him mentally. A broken home with a mother raising him.

The feminization of society makes it all the more difficult for Thals, who operate better in a testosterone heavy environment, whose abstract rules permit them to function somewhat.

I think Bob Wallace gets it.

Alphas simply can't understand the pain and humiliation of those who are lesser on the socio-sexual totem pole than Gammas and Omegas can understand what it's like to be an Alpha (and with PUA, you can only imitate the Alpha, one cannot just become one).

I think that this may be a reason why women and weak men are so inclined toward totalitarianism, it is a way for them to have power and control over the naturally dominant. For those at the top of the food chain, I can't assume, but I also doubt that they have the same sort of dark fantasies as weaker people, like the fantasy of killing those who oppress you, namely.

I don't pretend to know, but I suspect this to be the case, I still have to flesh out my thoughts.

This is absolutely the case. Occasionally in pop culture films you'll see some male character get turned down by the heroine and he'll express something along the line of "oh... so this what that feels like?"

Its not entirely off base. Honestly I can't say that I have any idea what rejection feels like.. because my attitude in the face of it has always been amusement. Something tells me its not amusing for the deltas.

This is what men have done since time immemorial - and what we would continue to do if given half the chance. Sadly, cultural misandry and feminist governance have turned every attempt to do this into one form of potential violation against women and/or children or another.

Community can't be rebuilt in a society where men are unable to interact with women and children naturally, unashamedly and without fear of false accusation. The only way that will happen is to burn that society to the ground and build a new one on its ashes.

The time is nearly upon us. The walls of Jericho are weakening, God's people are amassing outside and the trumpets are starting to sound.

That was an informative article. I have a couple of questions that are unrelated to the AG post, so I'll ask them at your place.

On the topic of theoretical Game, I've come to the conclusion that Heartiste's goal is to ensure the continuation of thal genes by helping hybrids to breed. (Straight thals like Lanza are unlikely to have children one way or another, so the traits that make Western civilization possible can only be passed on indirectly.) He's mentioned your site in passing, so I know he's familiar with Cain and Abel and all that.

What I haven't figured out yet is his endgame (mere IQ worship?). Or who benefits from all this Game proliferation (why is it being allowed into the zeitgeist?). Satan is no idiot- he knows where all of this is headed (Charles Murray is just chipping away at the edges of it).

You are missing a few things. First, the internet. I would say that it continues to deliver force multiplication to human intelligence at an exponential rate. Second, the paleo movement, born on the internet. This is where the real medical progress is occurring. Third, the resurgence of white nationalism and the emergence of HBD and Neanderthal identity. These hold the promise of a much faster reboot of Western civilization in racially pure enclaves. Fourth, the new political theory of which you are a part, formalism. Fifth, Game, another key element in the fast reboot of Western civ, since it enables the resurgence of Patriarchy in a post-industrial economy. We might also add Austrian economics, which has broad sway on the internet even though suppressed by the ailing system. Another muscular component ready to be slotted into the powerful body of the New West.

So I agree that the current Western system is declining, however I disagree that progress has stopped. I see the seeds of a new system already sprouting forth tender shoots of what will one day be a mighty forest.

The original meaning of the word "hubris" meant to humiliate someone in public, and the Greeks considered it so obscene they banned it from the theater.

Hubris was always followed by Nemesis (revenge). The Greeks, who were almost terrifying intelligent, understood that humiliating people lead them to often seek revenge.
