I, an ethnic minority woman, cannot be racist or sexist towards white men, because racism and sexism describes structures of privilege based on race and gender.I have to say, as a Native American, this strikes me as a useful little card to play.
And therefore women of colour and minority genders cannot be racist or sexist because we do not stand to benefit from such a system.
In order for our actions to be deemed racist or sexist, the current system would have to be one that enables only people of colour and women to benefit economically and socially on such a large scale and to the systematic exclusion of white people and men, who for the past 400 years would have to have been subjected to block colonisation.

I always find this kind of stuff infuriating. Chinese in China say things routinely that would be considered super-duper-extra racist if a white person said them, and they hold all the power there (much more so than here, whites and blacks can't even own businesses there). What ever happened to all the white European slaves taken by the Barbary Coast pirates, the ones that number about three times the African slaves taken to the US? Did they die out because they weren't allowed to breed? I've never looked into it but I'm curious.

This shouldn't come as a shock to anyone who's paid attention to what cultural leftists have been spewing at universities for years. This is standard, orthodox fare, essentially, that an oppressed person is incapable of oppression, because anything an oppressed person does happens because of something an oppressor did to them.
It essentially denies any oppressed person moral agency, or agency at all. An oppressed person can't think, feel, or make a choice that wasn't already pre-destined for the by their oppressor. They are absolved of responsibility, but are also absolved of essentially being human at all.
I thank God almost every day that I was miraculously saved from being a liberal-progressive, who also spewed forth utter nonsense like this. Then I realised that every person has free will and choice and can choose right or wrong.

@Kuma, it would follow that any women of Muslim origin who speak openly like this are busy rebelling against their own culture and upbringing. It is impossible for a woman of Muslim origin to assimilate to our dominant western culture without being a feminist, too, because that's what western culture is now.
I worked with an Indian Muslim woman who grew up in the west who didn't really assimilate. Delightful woman to work with and be friends with. There were always healthy boundaries, she dressed herself properly, and then went off and got married to a pretty traditional guy.
She's also not a student activist and wouldn't want to be.

There is an extremely convoluted case here in Houston regarding a Muslim family. The father, mother and one of the elder daughters are being held on federal charges of social security fraud. They've been drawing benefits for who knows how long, at least $50K in SSI income. The real juicy part is that the father is also implicated in the murder of his daughter's best friend (who converted to Christianity and was dating a white man) and his daughter's husband (the twin brother of aforementioned white man). The father was no billed on a murder charge 15 years ago, when he killed another son-in-law, supposedly in self-defense (hey, that's what the jury thought).
It's not that American Muslim women aren't into white guys, it's that they are aware they or their potential husbands might be murdered by their father.
